I start by understanding you — how you use your home, what feels difficult, what already works and what would make everyday life easier. Then we create practical systems that work for you, rather than expecting you to fit someone else’s idea of an organised home.

Does this sound familiar?

Your home feels harder to manage than it should.

You know things need sorting, but you’re not sure where to start.

There’s too much stuff, nowhere obvious to put things, or you’ve tried organising before and it just hasn’t stayed that way.

Maybe life has changed — a move, children, bereavement, downsizing, burnout, neurodivergence, or simply reaching the point where you want things to feel easier.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before asking for help. And you definitely don’t need to tidy before I arrive.

We’ll work out what’s getting in the way and create practical systems that fit the way you actually live.

✓  Sorting paperwork and home admin

✓  Planning and supporting a home clearance

✓  Creating systems that are easier to maintain

✓   Supporting you to organise around ADHD, autism, grief, burnout or other life changes

If you’re not sure what kind of help you need, that’s completely fine. Tell me what’s going on and we’ll work it out together.

✓  Resetting an overwhelming room or several areas of your home

✓  Helping before, during or after a move

✓  Finding realistic routes for selling, donating or recycling

✓  Helping with practical jobs like measurements, packing, furniture, storage or logistics

✓  Planning ahead and reducing the decisions your family may one day have to make

How I can help

No job is too big or too small for a professional home organiser. What matters most to me is whether I can make things feel easier, clearer and more manageable for you.
I like to understand the whole picture before I start — what’s happening, what feels difficult and what would make the biggest difference.

Supporting change

Life changes, and our homes need to change with it. I’ll support you without judgement or pressure, and we can adapt things as life evolves.

We create practical systems around how you actually live, rather than how you think you should live.

We start with what’s getting in the way. The aim isn’t to get rid of as much as possible — it’s to make space for what matters.

Creating systems

There isn’t one “right” way to organise a home, and I don’t use the same method with every client.

I start by understanding what’s bothering you most, how your belongings are currently stored, what tends to get in the way, and how you naturally use the space.

Sometimes it makes sense to gather similar items together so you can see what you have. Sometimes that would create too much overwhelm, and it’s better to work through things more gradually, one item or one small area at a time.

The approach depends on both you and the space.

What matters is that the result feels manageable and realistic. The things you keep should have a clear home and, wherever possible, be quick and easy to put away — ideally in seconds rather than becoming another task to avoid.

And if a system doesn’t work once you start living with it, we change it.

Organising should support you, not make you work harder.

How I work as a Professional Home Organiser

I’m Chloe, a professional organiser based in Benfleet, Essex.

I’m ADHD and autistic myself, and my own experience has shaped the way I think about organisation. I don’t believe in perfect homes or one organising method that works for everyone — I help create practical systems around the way people actually live.

Real homes. Real progress.

Real homes don’t need to look perfect to work better. These are some of the spaces I’ve helped make easier to live in, with practical changes designed around the people who actually use them.

Getting back on track

We cleared the bottleneck, worked out what needed to live there and created a more workable entrance for busy family life.

A playroom that’s easier to use — and easier to tidy

I worked with mum and kids to create clearer homes for toys, books and everyday play — making the room easier to use and easier to reset.

“Chloe has taken our kids’ playroom from absolute chaos to organised and easy to tidy. There is so much more space!”

Creating homes for things

We worked together, bringing similar items together, reduced the visual overwhelm and started creating clear homes for the things her family uses every day.

“Spending time with you has really changed my mindset a lot and the systems you have already set up for me mean there are homes now for so many things in my house!”

“I would highly recommend Chloe — it’s money well worth spending. Parts of my home had become overwhelming and difficult to manage, and having the extra hands made such a huge difference.

What really stood out was how understanding, calm and supportive Chloe was throughout the whole process. She never made me feel judged or pressured, even on days when I was really struggling.

She also came up with some brilliant organising ideas that have genuinely made parts of my home much easier to manage and keep on top of.

My home now feels far more organised, calmer and easier to live in, and the support honestly meant a lot.”
